Inside this repurposed timber barn at The Eco Retreat, we’ve creating a new studio for art making and creative along with a gallery to showcase local artists, students and the community art projects we're involved in. We will also offer workshops and retreats for creativity, contemplation and nature connection. The Earth Mumma Creative Art Studio and Gallery will be a multi-disciplinary workshop studio for painting, sculpture, textiles, digital, printmaking and woodwork. It will be a relaxed space designed for messy experimentation, community connections, creation and contemplation. We will establish a light-filled space where the aged timber walls catch the afternoon sun and the studio opens up to a native wild flower garden with the wilderness of the Otways ranges as the backdrop.
