Join our monthly online series exploring mindfulness meditation, eco-conscious self, living and wise action. For those both new to meditation or experienced practitioners alike this is a supportive way to stay connected to the practice and our supportive online community.

An Online Community for Meditation, Nature Connection &
Eco Conscious Living

This online session offers a gentle space to reconnect with your authentic self and others through shared mindfulness and engaged eco-consciousness. We aim to practice meditation and contemplate the application of Buddha's teachings in a secular way for holistic wellbeing that includes others and nature as our kin, a shared framework for ethical and harmonious living, and exploring creative and imaginative ways to practice nature connection, spiritual awakening and wise action. 

Each session includes:

  •  A short inspirational Eco-Dharma talk to nourish your practice and life

  • A guided mindfulness meditation led by Marion Miller

  • Time to reflect and stay connected with a like-hearted community

  • Ask questions about your practice, courses or our nature-based mindfulness meditation retreats.

Whether you're continuing from a previous course or just starting to explore mindfulness, this is a welcoming space for all.
