This online session offers a gentle space to reconnect with your authentic self and others through shared mindfulness and engaged eco-consciousness. We aim to practice meditation and contemplate the application of Buddha's teachings in a secular way for holistic wellbeing that includes others and nature as our kin, a shared framework for ethical and harmonious living, and exploring creative and imaginative ways to practice nature connection, spiritual awakening and wise action.
