Cancellation Policy
We need your completed registration form and full payment to secure your booking. The registration Intake Form will be emailed separately after payment is made. Early registration and payment is suggested as places are limited. If you need to cancel your ticket, a full refund will be offered up to 1 month before the retreat. If the cancellation is less than 3 weeks before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund. If the cancellation is less than 1 week before the retreat, you will receive a 30% refund. If you are feeling unwell and have any flu/cold or COVID like symptoms, please do a RAT test 48 hours prior to the retreat. If you do test positive or you are still feeling unwell, you will receive a 50% refund. Please note, there will be no refunds issued for cancellations on the first day of the retreat.
