Kind Words from Past Participants
The eco retreat was a very grounding experience in a safe and sacred space with beautiful surroundings to immerse whole heartedly in nature. With a warming fire as the centre of our circle we connected with our emotions and each other and walked away lighter to continue on each of our own paths in life. The retreat also brought an awareness of nature in our daily lives to be a constant reminder of our connection with the earth and the healing properties it freely gives us.
